Marketing Intern

CIS is looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to assist our marketing and sales team. We are located in Arlington, and need assistance in the various stages of marketing. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting pre-written content to blog and website
• Assist in social media management
• Assist in adding leads obtained from social media into CRM
• Manage and Update company database
• Assist with Website Refresh
• Support the marketing and sales team in daily administrative tasks
• Any other activities that may arise with the marketing and sales team outreach efforts

CIS is looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Marketing. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with extensive knowledge of Web and Social Media. Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship.

This is a paid internship for 15 to 25 hours a week, with flexible scheduling during business hours at our Arlington office.

Senior NOC Engineer

This position is salaried and full-time, verbal and written communications skills are a must as you will be communicating with c-level and end users. Candidate will be responsible for remote technical support and remediation of complex problems. Candidate may also participate in field support escalation and deployment projects.

Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

5+ Years systems management, advanced help-desk or field support

Certifications: MCSA Server or MCSE, also certs in Cisco or VMWare are helpful

NET Admin Supervisor 

This position is salaried and full-time, verbal and written communications skills are a must as you will be communicating with c-level and end users. Candidate will be responsible for supervision of project personnel and project management. The Net Admin department has the responsibility of deploying new infrastructure, performing system audits, preparing system documentation, providing remediation of system design to best practice, design and implementation of new systems and upgrades as well as providing escalated technical assistance to the NOC related to networking and server systems. The Net Admin department ensures the Service Desk has the needed system documentation to provide helpdesk services to clients in conformity with CIS best practices and maintains best practice audit questions and audit results database.

Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

5+ Years in network administration and management

Certifications: MCSA Server or MCSE, also certs in Cisco or VMWare are helpful
